We persist on preliminary management of new personnel and retraining of active personnel, allocated to new contracts and standard personnel development programs. All of our security personnel dress in a uniform or graceful business dress that allows them to combine in with their working environment.

Guarding Nationwide’s staff undertakes induction training when they start working for the company. This entail an outline of the business, mission statements, company organisational structure, organisational systems, health and safety, equal opportunities and diversity policies, environmental policy, grievance and disciplinary policies. Further training will then be dictated by the employee’s role within the Guarding Nationwide.
Guarding Nationwide ensures for security personnel prior to deployment at customer’s premises they have to be in possession of a valid SIA license for the category of work that they are undertaking and have the appropriate level 2 qualifications for Static & Patrol Guarding, Retail Security, Reception Security, Door Supervision Or CCTV Operations.
